Networking

Much of the value in joining the Foundation will be in the ability to share ideas and learn from other nurses, managers and physician assistants across the UK. The discussion forums are there for users to request help, ideas on best-practice, share what's worked and what hasn't and to foster a sense of identity nationwide. The discussion forums are accessible on the top right of each page.

Consultation Involvement

The College responds to over a 100 such consultations each year that seek feedback on important changes in general practice. Have your say as items are posted on the discussion forums. By contributing to consultations the College's responses will reflect  and represent the whole of UK general practice.

Library and Information Centre

Library stock includes a unique reference collection of MD and PhD Theses from General Practice, an international selection of primary care journals, and a loan collection of College publications. The Library Catalogue contains material that traces the evolution of General Practice and Primary Care within the National Health Service, and contains many articles, reports and books by Members of the College.
